Setcrete High Performance is a premium fibre-reinforced floor levelling compound designed to produce a smooth, even surface ready for a wide range of floor coverings, including installations with underfloor heating. Suitable for both absorbent and non-absorbent subfloors, it works perfectly on concrete, sand/cement screeds, and even plywood.
Product Features/Specifications:
Reinforced with fibres to enhance strength and flexibility, this compound maintains its integrity during temperature changes, making it particularly effective in areas with underfloor heating systems.
Product Benefits:
Setcrete High Performance delivers a robust, high-quality finish that resists cracking and shrinkage, even when exposed to heat cycles from underfloor heating. Its versatile formulation allows use over multiple subfloor types, ensuring consistent results whether you’re levelling a new build floor or upgrading an existing space. It can even be left as a wearing finish in certain applications, offering both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Features & Benefits:
- For use on plywood and uneven concrete floors
- Can be used as a wearing finish
- Application depth between 2mm and 15mm
- Walk-on hard after 1–2 hours
- Floorcoverings can be installed from 6 hours (12 hours for resilient floorcoverings)
- Working time approximately 20–30 minutes at 20°C
Technical Specifications:
Coverage per 20kg unit (approx.):
- 5.85m² at 2mm
- 2.30m² at 5mm
- 0.75m² at 15mm
Conforms to EN13813:2002 standards.

Product Files
Delivery Information
We offer FREE local delivery on all orders over £120.00 (£100.00 excluding vat). For all other orders a £12.00 (£10.00 plus vat) local delivery charge will apply. We deliver within a 15 mile radius of our depot.
We aim to deliver stocked items usually within 2-3 working days but in busier periods this can sometimes take longer. On receipt of your order we will contact you as soon as possible to advise an intended delivery date, should this delivery date be inconvenient then we will try our best to accommodate a suitable delivery date.
Click & Collect Information
Orders can also be collected from either of our depots. We will contact you by phone or email when your order is ready for collection.
We aim to process your order and have goods ready for collection within the same working day (stocked items only) on all orders placed before 1pm, orders after 1pm will be ready the following working day. In the event of your ordered items being out of stock we will contact you with an estimated lead time on your order.
