About Our Treated Rough Sawn Timber

Parr Rochdale stock treated rough sawn timber, ideal for outdoor and structural applications. 

This timber has been pressure-treated to resist rot, decay, and insect attack, providing long lasting performance that is required in exposed conditions. 

The treating process ensures the preservative penetrates deep into the timber to greatly extend its lifespan and durability, and making it suitable for contact with the ground and for outdoor use.

We supply rough sawn treated timber in a variety of sizes and is widely used for fencing, landscaping, carcassing, and garden projects.

Our Range of Pressure Treated Rough Sawn Timber

All rough sawn treated lumber is pressure treated to British Standard BS8417 for improved resistance to moisture and fungal decay. 

Depending on the section and use case, treated timber typically complies with Use Class 2 (internal use with risk of damp) or Use Class 3u (outdoor above ground). 

Larger sections can also be used for tanalised sawn carcassing in structural or framing work.
